This European-inspired jumper dress features a tie-strap fully-lined bodice with an attached double skirt. The overskirt has a sweet curved hemline with a ruffled edge and a patch pocket that can be embellished with decorative trims to show your personality. The dress is light & airy for the warmer climates but looks adorable layered over a long-sleeved tee and tights during the cooler months.
