Holly is an adorable jumper dress that can be worn with or without an undershirt. It features a series of skinny shoulder straps that weave in a beautiful pattern onto a racerback bodice, and two very full gathered skirts for maximum twirl power. A couple of drawstrings at the front give the overskirt a scalloped look, letting the underskirt peek out ever so slightly.
